PSA TODAY:

Privacy, Surveillance, Anonymity

a weekly podcast, hosted by Seth Goldstein & Kaliya Young

At the beginning of the pandemic, in order to create some routine amidst the shit storm, we started a weekly podcast. Our podcast is called PSA Today, which stands for Privacy, Surveillance and Anonymity. We have done more than twenty episodes to date and have settled on some key themes and a fun conversational style. We interview a different guest each week and are looking for interesting people to come on our show.

Join Kaliya Young and Seth Goldstein for a spirited conversation at the intersection of the three themes driving modern identity: privacy, surveillance and anonymity. We wrestle each week with some of the most contentious issues facing our world as we try to find opportunities for agency and self-sovereignty within shared communities, both online and off.

Kaliya Young (aka Identity Woman) is widely recognized as one of the pioneers of the identity technology movement, having helped found the first Internet Identity Workshop in 2005, and in 2018 published a Comprehensive Guide to Self-Sovereign Identity.

Seth Goldstein created some of the first Internet ads in 1995 and later helped highlight the value of consumer data with the creation of Attention Trust in 2005. He is co-founder and CEO of Spartacus, a pure-play privacy company.
